FiveM UID

Enter your FiveM UID, you can view this on the scoreboard by pressing ALT in game or by typing /profile in the discord. You don't need to enter this however it is used to link your forum account for subscriptions, rewards etc.

Make sure you enter your UID not your session ID otherwise it will not work

Discord

Enter your discord ID to show on your profile (eg ukiyo#0001)
If you have a subscription you will also need to link your discord on the connected accounts page
