The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only including views by staff members.

This Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years old or the age of maturity in the country that you reside in. If you are younger than this, please do not register or utilise our services. If you register for this Service, you represent that you are this age or older or have parental consent and supervision when using our services.

All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service ("Content") may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, harms the community or server in any way or otherwise violates any laws. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.

You are not permitted to financially gain from our services including but not limited to selling of accounts, in game items or content, resale of subscriptions or any other service/item. You are not permitted to enable other users to financially gain from our services by buying services, in game items, content or any other item/service on the platform.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

We only permit one account per player and one player per account. Sharing of accounts for any of the services or platforms between multiple individuals is not permitted, we do not allow an individual to have multiple accounts or profiles for our services and platform.

Any attempt to circumvent limitations, restrictions or conditions imposed on your account or profile may result in your account being locked, reset or deleted or your access to our services removed without prior warning, at the discretion of the staff team.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. We reserve the right to claim ownership or rights over any resources, contents, documents or any other media created by users for consumption within this community or generated within this community unless it is superseded by intellectual property rights by the creator.

Donations and Subscriptions

Payments made to our community are considered as donation transactions you are making towards the ongoing running costs along with future expenses and development of the community including hardware, bandwidth, licensing and other content for consumption by the community and are utilised at the discretion of and with oversight from the community owners.

You are not purchasing a service or any good however may, at the staff discretion, receive benefits as a thank you for your support however these benefits are not transferable or guaranteed.

Donations and transactions made to us are non-refundable, chargebacks will result in access to the community being terminated permanently. Your contribution does not grant any special privileges, preferential treatment or immunity from the rules, policies and guidelines that are in place.

Privileged Information

Community players and staff shall not use for own personal benefit, or disclose, communicate or divulge to, or use for the direct or indirect benefit of any person, association or community other than EggRP, any "Privileged Information" which term shall mean any information regarding the server methods, policies, procedures, techniques, research or development projects or results, historical or projected financial information, budgets, or other knowledge or processes of, or developed by, EggRP or any other privileged information relating to or dealing with the operations of EggRP, made known to players or staff or learned or acquired by players or staff while participating in the community.

The foregoing provisions of this subsection shall apply during and after the period when the player or staff is a participating member of the community and shall be in addition to (and not a limitation of) any legally applicable protections of EggRP interest in confidential or privileged information, and the like.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
